New after school programs!! Our After School Activities Program is designed for kids to learn, compete, and have fun in an energetic and supportive environment.

  • $50 For One Day
  • $80 For Both Days

Non-Members:

  • $75 For One Day

Learn to Lift for Kids

Give your child a strong start! This program is designed for ages 5–13 to learn how to lift safely, build confidence, and develop functional strength in a fun, supportive setting. Kids will master proper technique, reduce injury risk, and create healthy fitness habits that last a lifetime.

Date: Tuesday: March 3rd – March 24th

Time: 5:00pm – 5:30pm

Rate: 4 Sessions:

  • $75 Members | $125 Non-Members
  • Drop in Member: $30 | Non-Member $45
