MICHAEL DRAKE

Sports have always been my passion, and as the new General Manager, I am excited to bring my experience and personality to the SCC family! With a background in sports programming and management, I look forward to expanding SCC’s family-oriented community programs.

After graduating from Pfeiffer University with a degree in Exercise Science, I received my Masters in Sports and Recreational Sciences from Ohio University. I began my career with Ultimate Goal in Marcellus and worked my way up to Program Director. More recently, I was the Executive Director of the JM McDonald Sports Complex, where I facilitated ice, turf and gym court activities for Cortland and its surrounding communities.

My partner Katrina and I live in Skaneateles with our two sons, Beckett and Warren. Our family enjoys the outdoors, fishing, gardening and playing soccer.
