Choose from private sessions, small group training for yourself and up to four other friends, and even sport-specific areas of focus with a personal trainer who is focused on helping you succeed.
Each member is eligible for a FREE fitness assessment.

Private Personal Training
Our private training sessions for individual members provide customized workouts that are specific to your goals. Your program will begin with a thorough fitness assessment that will allow our trainers to understand your unique needs. Once your program has begun, your trainer will continue to assess your progress and adjust your training program as needed.
Individual training is offered in 30, 45, or 60-minute sessions. Packs of 1, 5, or 10 sessions may be purchased.

Partner Personal Training
Get fit with friends! Training with others helps to maximize the benefits of your training sessions, increases commitment to a regimen, and will provide an added layer of fun to your fitness journey.
Buddy Personal Training is offered in 30, 45, or 60-minute sessions and in packs of 5. Each member must pay for their own package to train with Buddy. 2 Minimum.

Sport-Specific Personal Training
Sport-Specific Training is offered in 60-minute sessions. Packs of 1, 5, or 10 sessions may be purchased.

Sidnie D’Amelio, a graduate of St. Lawrence College with Phi Beta Kappa honors, is certified in personal training and nutrition from the National Academy of Sports Medicine. She brings a lifelong passion for wellness to her work, creating personalized fitness and nutrition programs that emphasize balance and sustainability.
