Learn to Lift for Kids

Give your child a strong start! This program is designed for ages 5–13 to learn how to lift safely, build confidence, and develop functional strength in a fun, supportive setting. Kids will master proper technique, reduce injury risk, and create healthy fitness habits that last a lifetime.

Join us for a new Candlelight yoga. Unwind and restore with Candlelight Yoga a gentle, calming practice set in the soft glow of candlelight. Want to improve your golf game?

One of the biggest challenges many golfers face is limited mobility, which can prevent you from hitting the ball as far and as efficiently as you’d like. This specialized yoga class is designed specifically for golfers to improve range of motion while building strength, stamina, and flexibility.

Not only will you see improvements in your game, but you’ll also reduce your risk of injury and move more confidently on and off the course. Please bring your golf club, as it will be incorporated into the practice.

New Adult Ballet

Step into the joy of adult ballet with this fun and welcoming six week beginner series! Join us for one hour each week as we explore ballet fundamentals in a relaxed, encouraging environment. You’ll improve balance, posture, and strength all while moving, learning, and having a great time. No experience needed, just a willingness to dance and enjoy the process. Ballet shoes are not required.

Instructor Emily Read received extensive training in ballet, tap, and jazz through the Munson Williams roctor Arts Institute in Utica, NY, with a primary focus on ballet. She furthered her studies through a summer intensive in Saratoga Springs, where she trained with instructors from New York City Ballet.

Lacrosse High Performance Strength & Conditioning

This 8 session performance program is designed specifically for lacrosse players who want to improve speed, power, and overall athletic performance. Training emphasizes explosive movement, agility, and strength needed for real game situations.

Each session includes:
