Choose from private sessions, small group training for yourself and up to four other friends, and even sport-specific areas of focus with a personal trainer who is focused on helping you succeed.

Each member is eligible for a FREE fitness assessment.

Private Personal Training

Our private training sessions for individual members provide customized workouts that are specific to your goals. Your program will begin with a thorough fitness assessment that will allow our trainers to understand your unique needs. Once your program has begun, your trainer will continue to assess your progress and adjust your training program as needed.

Individual training is offered in 30, 45, or 60-minute sessions. Packs of 1, 5, or 10 sessions may be purchased.

Get fit with friends! Training with others helps to maximize the benefits of your training sessions, increases commitment to a regimen, and will provide an added layer of fun to your fitness journey.

Buddy Personal Training is offered in 30, 45, or 60-minute sessions and in packs of 5. Each member must pay for their own package to train with Buddy. 2 Minimum.

Learn to Lift for Kids

Give your child a strong start! This program is designed for ages 5–13 to learn how to lift safely, build confidence, and develop functional strength in a fun, supportive setting. Kids will master proper technique, reduce injury risk, and create healthy fitness habits that last a lifetime.

Personal Training: Run Stride Analysis

Run stride analysis examines your running form looking at foot strike, stride length, posture, and overall mechanics, to identify inefficiencies or imbalances. By improving stride technique, runners can boost efficiency, prevent injuries, and perform at their best with less wasted energy. Join Eric today for personal training lessons! 

Sign up today and work with Eric Prager, a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. His expertise includes sports performance training and medical fitness through movement.
