The SCC is excited to host our first monthly Health & Wellness Education Seminar!
About the Seminar
The SCC Health & Wellness Education Seminar is a monthly program designed to provide our community with valuable information, resources, and expert guidance on topics that support healthy, active living.
Each month, we welcome trusted professionals and organizations to share practical education on a variety of health and wellness subjects — including physical health, mental well-being, nutrition, preventative care, cognitive health, fitness, and healthy aging.
Our goal is to empower members and the community with knowledge that promotes vitality, independence, and overall well-being at every stage of life.

Join Us for a Spring Fun Morning!

Rate & Registration:
Members: RSVP at the front desk – no charge
Non-members: Register in advance – $10 per child
Stop by for a little while or stay for the full two hours of spring-themed fun! This family-friendly event features interactive activity stations, including (but not limited to):
Decorate eggs
Create spring art
Play spring games
Make a tasty snack
Important Information:
Children must be accompanied by an adult.
All participants must check in at the front desk on the day of the event to receive a wristband before heading to the activity stations.

Spring Fling Hockey Tournament
Spring Fling Tournament is here! Join us for a fun, competitive event bringing players together for exciting matchups, and great energy. Open to adult players Must be USA Hockey Registered
When: April 17th – 19th
Rate:
- $990 per team
- $250 deposit required
Ability: Novice/ D & C players only
- 4-8 teams
- Must be USA Hockey registered.
- 3 game minimum
- 3- 15-minute periods, officiated by certified refs
- Ages 18+
