FALL Learn to Lift

Give your child a strong start! This program is designed for ages 5–13 to learn how to lift safely, build confidence, and develop functional strength in a fun, supportive setting. Kids will master proper technique, reduce injury risk, and create healthy fitness habits that last a lifetime.

  • October: 6th – 27th 
  • November: 3rd – 24th

Time: Tuesday 5:00pm – 5:30pm 

Rate: 

  • Member: $75 
  • Non members: $125

Grades: 3rd Grade – 5th Grade

Member Price: $75
Non-Member Price: $115

About the Camp

Coach Hanno’s Basketball Skills Camp focuses on proper fundamentals, smart decision making, sportsmanship, team spirit, character development, and self esteem all while having fun!

Through individual skill development, contests, teaching demonstrations, and games, players will build their basketball skills and develop a better understanding of the game.
