David Lawless

David graduated from Jordan Elbridge High School in 2000 and enlisted in the US Marine corps shortly after. I received my NASM Personal Training Certification in 2023. 

I worked as a deputy for the Brevard County Sheriff‘s office down in Daytona Florida. Due to unfortunate family circumstances I had to move back home. I have four sons and all of them are doing age appropriate supervised weight training and sports. 

My passion is working with and coaching people of all ages and abilities. Some exercise and fitness is better than none. My dream is to help everyone live a healthier and happier life.
