About Sara

Sara has been a health and fitness enthusiast since she started ballet at 10 years old. After passing her NASM certified personal trainer exam she dove headfirst into the training world working with everyone from a 16 year old aspiring Navy Seal, to a 95 year old retired marine wanting to stay active as he aged, to a 40 year old woman wanting to improve her mobility and power for golf. With 10 years of fitness coaching experience she specializes in using strength training to solve problems of stability, mobility, and pain to build bodies ready for anything. In her free time Sara enjoys hiking and trail running with her dog, ask for trail recommendations!
