Fitness and Health Philosophy:
If you don’t take time fore yourself, no one else will.
I have a 12 year old daughter Annabelle who is swimming on the Lightning Swim Team. We have 2 cats Gopher and Athena and a goldfish named fishy. When not at the pool we spend time with family and exploring water parks or visiting new places.
My vision is to provide a safe and fun environment for everyone who walks through the pool doors. I have two rules 1: Be Safe, 2: Have fun.
I love HIIT classes.
